Six office buildings, furnished with more than 40,000 pieces of furniture, completed in just six months
Six buildings, multi-storey implementation, 108,910 m² — all delivered within a single, integrated system.
As part of the project, we delivered the complete furnishing of six office buildings within a tight schedule and across multiple parallel implementation phases.

The development covered a total of 108,910 m² of office space, including the installation of 8,016 workstations, as well as the full fit-out of collaborative areas, meeting rooms, lounge spaces, and recreational zones. The scale of the project is reflected in the fact that on-site installation was completed in just 24 weeks (5.5 months), following an extensive planning and coordination process. Including the preparation phase, the entire project was delivered within 10 months, supported by a carefully coordinated logistics and project management framework.
“At the same time, we had to maintain control of the entire process while being ready to make immediate decisions and interventions at the smallest level of detail. The foundation of the project’s success was meticulous preparation, transparent communication, and precise day-to-day coordination. This is what made such complexity manageable. Because true leadership is not measured by the number of people we direct, but by our ability to become part of the system ourselves whenever and wherever needed.” — Kovács Péter, Senior Project Manager, Westwood Group

Unlike a typical furnishing project, where installation follows the completion of construction works, this project required us to operate alongside painters, mechanics, and other departments working simultaneously on site. Six separate office buildings, each with different technical specifications, tenant requirements, and handover schedules, created a highly complex environment where coordination became critical and every scheduling decision carried significant weight.
Over the course of the project, a total of 40,906 furniture pieces from seven different manufacturers were delivered and installed, requiring 188 truckloads of transportation.
At this scale, project management becomes the backbone of successful delivery. Detailed schedules, delivery sequences, and on-site logistics strategies developed during the planning phase provided a solid foundation for execution. The precise coordination of construction activities and furniture installation required a disciplined and transparent approach, ensuring that every decision aligned seamlessly with the broader project framework in both time and space.
The furnishing of all six office buildings was completed within a compressed timeframe through highly structured processes and rigorous operational control. For us, this project represented more than a delivery challenge—it was an opportunity to develop creative solutions to complex requirements. Quality is not determined at the end of a project; it is built into the process from the very beginning. Through careful planning, disciplined organisation, and an unwavering professional focus, complex projects become not a source of risk, but a well-managed and controllable system.
We believe that simply supplying the required products is not enough. The real value lies in the expertise, service, and professional thinking behind them. Project management, coordination, and attention to detail are just as integral to our work as the products themselves.
“It is a privilege for us to have contributed to the largest office development project in our history, building on the experience we have gained through numerous hospitality fit-out projects. We are proud of the journey that has brought us here, and we firmly believe that attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a focus on user experience create genuine added value—not only in hospitality environments, but in workplaces as well.” — Harry Xiao, CEO, Westwood Group
