Who we are
As an FF&E specialist, the Westwood team provides comprehensive interior product, design, and project design services across the office, HoReCa, and residential sectors. Our passion is to create functional, inspiring spaces that deliver a lasting experience for our clients. Beyond the distribution of furniture, finishes, and other interior design accessories, we also provide high-level design project management and project management services.
Whether covering the entire lifecycle of a project—from design to execution—by delivering complex, 360-degree solutions, or handling specific tasks, we are happy to join projects at various stages.
Your role
At Westwood, the Project Manager is responsible for the full management of interior design projects, from preparation and planning through execution to handover. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality expectations, while maintaining excellent client relationships and communicating effectively with all project stakeholders.
As a Project Manager, you are the owner of the project. To ensure successful delivery, you oversee and coordinate the work of the project team. Your responsibilities range from interior design details to the successful technical and commercial realization of the project.
Key responsibilities
Project preparation

Collaboration with the sales team to assess client needs and prepare proposals

Contract management with a project-focused approach

Preparing tenders, coordinating the request-for-quotation process, and evaluating incoming offers

Reviewing and approving shop drawings and technical documentation; design project management
Project scheduling and coordination

Preparing and enforcing project schedules and timelines
-
Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, aligning workflows
-
Preparing and continuously monitoring project budgets
-
Using and maintaining project tracking systems to ensure effective communication; preparing reports
Construction supervision
-
Monitoring and managing on-site construction works, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met; participation in coordination meetings

Issuing and receiving performance certificates
Requirements
-
Higher education degree in construction, engineering, or a related technical field
-
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management, primarily involving interior design projects

Experience in office, HoReCa, or bespoke furniture manufacturing is an advantage
-

Strong communication and negotiation skills, including in English
-
Confident user-level knowledge of project management software (e.g. MS Project); user-level knowledge of design software is an advantage
-
Category “B” driving license and confident driving experience

Confident use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of 2D and 3D design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Archicad)

FMV or technical inspector certification is an advantage
