Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Budapest opened in the summer of 2026 within Dorothea Hotel, Budapest, Autograph Collection, marking the celebrity chef’s first restaurant in Central Europe. Built around the “Born in London, Built for Budapest” concept, the venue blends the heritage of London’s grill culture with Hungarian gastronomy. The interior, designed by Patina Studio, combines warm woods, rich fabrics and bookcase-screened intimate zones to create a home-like yet elegant atmosphere across almost 160 seats.

This collaboration held particular importance for Westwood Group, bringing together the Marriott International hotel brand and the Gordon Ramsay name. Westwood was responsible for the seating and lounge furniture of the restaurant, including armchairs and bar stools, as well as the cold covering finishes of the bar counter and the restaurant wall. The completed spaces deliver a guest experience aligned with international brand standards.
